Connect Placera Agenda to ChatGPT

Placera Agenda exposes a small set of tools over the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Once connected, ChatGPT can read your events and categories and create new entries for you — all scoped to your own account.

    Open ChatGPT settings

    In ChatGPT (web or desktop), open Settings → Connectors. This feature is available on ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Team, Enterprise, and Edu plans.

    Add a new connector

    Click Add connector (or Advanced → Create), then choose to add a custom MCP server.

    Paste the Placera Agenda URL

    Enter the following details:

    • Name: Placera Agenda
    • MCP server URL: https://placera.lovable.app/mcp
    • Authentication: OAuth

    Sign in and approve

    ChatGPT will open a Placera Agenda sign-in window. Log in with the same account you use here, then approve access on the consent screen. ChatGPT receives a token scoped only to your data — your password is never shared.

    Start using it

    Back in ChatGPT, try prompts like:

    • "What's on my Placera calendar next week?"
    • "Add a dentist appointment on Friday at 2 pm for one hour."
    • "List my categories in Placera Agenda."

Available tools

  • list_events — read your planner events, optionally filtered by date range.
  • list_categories — list your event categories and their colors.
  • create_event — add a new event to your planner.

Privacy & security

Placera Agenda uses OAuth 2.1 with per-user consent. Every tool call runs as you, protected by row-level security in the database — ChatGPT can never see another user's events. You can revoke access at any time from ChatGPT's connector settings.
